I'm super-busy working on a revision, so I don't have much time to write this week. But I did want to post a picture of what I've been working on when I'm not writing. These are 15" blocks from a book called
Facts and Fabrications: Unraveling the History of Quilts and Slavery by Barbara Brackman. I decided last weekend to try making one block from the book, just to see if I could follow directions. Love it! The patterns and colors are wonderful. I can't wait to see the finished product.
I love the autumn colours and the blocks are amazing. We'll make a quilter out of you yet!
